How to buy an icon

Please note that I am away from Sunday 26th to Friday 31st May and will not be able to answer e-mails or telephone calls during this period.

For your peace of mind
Making any purchase on the web involves a certain amount of trust, especially for something as personal as a painting. Please be assured that if you are dissatisfied with your purchase when you see it 'in the flesh' you may return it to me undamaged for an exchange or refund.

Payment
You may pay by internet banking transfer, personal cheque or by PayPal (PayPal transaction costs will be charged to client). Account details on request.

Delivery
Icons are despatched on payment using Royal Mail Special Delivery (from £6 for next day service with tracking and insurance). Alternatively you may collect your icon in person (Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire). Purchases from outside the UK are sent by AirSure, typical cost £18 tracked and insured.

Special commissions
Please telephone or or e-mail me (contact form) to discuss your requirements and receive a quotation and drawings. For small commissions (less than A3 size) I generally charge the same as for my gallery pieces: ie you should budget about 85p per centimetre square. For larger pieces please contact me for a detailed quotation.

If you are in a hurry for a gift and the icon you require is not immediately available, I can provide an advance presentation pack for the recipient, consisting of a card featuring an appropriate icon and pictures of the painting in progress accessible on a hidden page of this website.
